Yes. Flashback is the only full-service digitizing service in the UAE offering tape inspection, cleaning, repair, and digitization under one roof. If your tape is broken, damaged, mouldy, dusty, affected by fungus, or not playing properly, our team will carefully inspect it and let you know if repair or cleaning is recommended before digitization. Please note that tape repair is delicate and not guaranteed, as some tapes may be too damaged to fully recover. Video tape repair is only done when needed and involves a separate charge.

Simply place your tapes, photo albums, or other memories into any box, bag, or suitcase (depending on the size) and make sure it is properly sealed. Our team will provide you with a unique code before pickup to add to the package, so your order can be safely and accurately identified and tracked.

We digitize all home video tape formats, including VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, 8mm tapes, MiniDV, Betamax, MicroMV, and more. Whether your tapes are from the UAE, Europe, the US, Japan, or elsewhere, we can handle international video systems including PAL and NTSC.

Flashback is an online service based in Al Barsha, Dubai, serving all areas of the UAE with free pickup and delivery. Unlike traditional studios, we do not allow walk-ins or public access in areas where customer photos, videos, and personal memories are handled. Only authorized Flashback staff are allowed inside our processing areas, and drop-offs may be arranged by appointment.
